What I do

I support organizations, teams and employees to improve, develop and grow, through interim management, project/program management, coaching, and consultancy.

I have a track record in Financial Services, (semi) Government, IT, Marketing, Healthcare, Business services, Public Transportation, Telecom, Education and Training Industry, FMCG and Retail.

My strength lies in asking the right questions, my analytical skills, my ability to think 2 steps ahead, and the fact that I easily connect. I supplement this with a genuine curiosity for people and what drives them. However, don’t expect me to deliver lip-services. I’m a critical- and counter-thinker so I will always challenge you on your perspectives and assumptions, and on your actions.

Interim management

I’m an experienced interim manager, able to deliver value in a short time. In case of maternity leave, to bridge time to fill a gap, when you need extra capacity or external expertise, or, to help you to accelerate and improve.
